E. J. McKay is an investment banking firm active in the fields of cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. With Offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and presence in many financial centers around the world, we are a leading deal maker in the capital flows between China and Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asian countries. As a result of the growths in our China businesses, we are hiring business analysts with diverse academic backgrounds to join us in the Shenzhen office.

Initially the Analyst will be hired on a part time basis to perform certain actual transaction tasks, as part of our professional development and selection process. Successful part time analysts have the opportunity to be converted into full time status.

Business Analyst

Job Description:

An E. J. McKay Business Analyst is expected to perform business and financial analyses, conduct due diligence, assist in transaction structuring and negotiations, and work with deal teams on various other aspects of transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master’s degrees from a leading university domestic or international, with superb academic record. We welcome strong performers from any academic majors;

2. Relevant work or internship experience preferred;

3. Bi-lingual in Chinese and English;

4. Strong communication skills;

5. Ability to work well in a team;

6. Willingness to work hard.
